Is booking direct really cheaper than Airbnb?

Yes. Airbnb adds a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate that we don't charge here. On a typical 3-night stay, you'll save 10–15% versus the same dates on Airbnb.

Are pets allowed?

Both homes welcome pets. There's a flat $100 pet fee per stay (not per pet). Up to 2 pets per home.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days out. No refund within 7 days. Full details are shown at booking.

How does check-in work?

Self check-in with a smart lock at both homes. You'll get the door code and clear directions 3 days before arrival.

Who do I contact during my stay?

You'll text the host directly. Most messages are answered within 30 minutes, every day of the week.
