Timeless is a small, owner-operated collection of vacation rentals — not a property management company.
I started Timeless because most short-term rental experiences are inconsistent at best — generic furniture, missing essentials, a host who replies in 24 hours when you needed an answer in five minutes.
Two homes is the size where that doesn't have to be true. I know which lightbulb is annoying. I know which towels need replacing. I know exactly which restaurant in Hawley to send a couple to and which trail near Sevierville is worth the drive.
Both homes are kept by the same cleaner each turn, restocked from a checklist I personally wrote, and inspected before every stay. When something breaks, I know within hours — not whenever the next guest complains.
Booking through Airbnb or Vrbo adds a 14–18% guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. We don't charge that here. The home is the same. The host is the same. The cancellation policy is fair. The total at checkout is just lower.
